I'm very excited about these news JSRs:

Java EE 6 profiles
Servlet 3.0
Bean Validation (especially for JPA/JSF)
CDI (Context and Dependency Injection)
JPA 2
JSF 2
no EAR archive (JEE 6 WAR is the new EAR)

and about these new versions (in preview as time of writing) of my Java toolchain:

Netbeans 6.8
maven 3.0
Glassfish v3 (JBoss AS 6 too)
